Fall into yourself, with our Me, Myself, and I class. So many students are diagnosed and/or labeled as special needs, or in need of support services both in the home and at school. These students are often misunderstood and realize how they are treated differently by society. Our Me, Myself, and I class is a small group environment where students participate in discussion, activities, and mindfulness, focused on teaching them relevant life-skills such as having and respecting boundaries, self-advocacy, and self-regulation.
This class will run on Tuesdays, in October, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and will be limited to 5 students.
