Policies, Payments, and Refunds

Registration and Payment

REGISTRATION is required for all classes. Please see class descriptions on our events calendar for specific class and payment information. Classes remain open for enrollment as long as space is left.

Payment is due to reserve your spot. For semester enrollments, a $200 non-refundable, enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment and will be deducted from your initial payment.

Payments are due on August 1 (Fall) and December 1 (Spring). Payment is due in full to receive the prices listed.

Installment payment options are available to divide semester enrollment into smaller amounts (semester enrollment/four payments + 10%).

Fall Semester payments will be automatically charged to your card on August 1, September 1, October 1, and November 1.

Spring payments will be automatically charged to your card on December 1, January 1, February 1, and March 1.

This is not a monthly enrollment, and students will still be enrolled and billed for the semester.

Refund Policy

Full refunds or credits are available if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the start of enrollment option (semester, class, or workshop).

Partial refunds or credits in the amount of 1/2 tuition, will be provided for cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the start of enrollment option.

Please note that all credit refunds will be reduced by the amount of bank fees. Square is no longer refunding fees to businesses when refunds are issued.

No shows are non-refundable.

Homeschool Requirements

Whimsical Wonderings is not a school or childcare center. We are a creative arts learning space that offers classes to homeschoolers. As parents of homeschoolers, you are required to legally register your child as a homeschooler in North Carolina. You can find up to date information here.
